Health Now a man in my mid 40s I’m alway suffering with a low immune system and even from the time I started self pleasuring myself at the age of 13 due pair pressure, and when I left school back in the 80s with no job I was always at home not wanting socialise with anyone And of corse self plearuring myself 5 to 6 times a day and totally unaware of what was happening to me, at one time I busted 20 time in one night. Today I’m not so bad now, compared to how I used to be back in my teens and think it was the worst thing that could happen to me in my life. I feel like half of my life has squandered on self pleasuring as a teen starting puberty, when I could of been making a success of myself.

Ed May 21, 2012 at 6:19 pm I am finding this forum a trendendous source of strength. The cooler weather tends to make me much hornier, and have been edging on the brink so to speak. Technically I haven’t lapsed but hearing the comments from other guys on this forum is a real source of strength. I am getting back to the gym this week after a week’s break so that should help a bit.
