vitamin C was found in 1912, confined in 1928, and in 1933, was the principal vitamin to be artificially produced. It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most secure and best prescriptions required in a wellbeing system.
Vitamin C is accessible as a cheap conventional and over-the-counter medication. Partly for its disclosure, Albert Szent-Györgyi and Walter Norman Haworth were granted the 1937 Nobel Prizes in Physiology and Medicine and Chemistry, respectively.
